Template licence terms

1 Licence

When you buy templates from DACSA Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 21 619 230 296), we grant your organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to adapt and use them for its own business, subject to these terms.

2 You may

• edit, brand and adapt the templates for your organisation
• use them across all sites and services operated by your organisation (the legal entity named on the invoice)
• share them with your workers, contractors, participants and auditors as part of running your business
• keep using the versions you have bought after any Compliance Updates plan ends.

3 You may not

• sell, license, give away or publish the templates, in original or adapted form
• use the templates for another organisation, including related entities, clients or other providers you advise, unless you buy a licence for each
• upload the templates to a shared library, marketplace, or public website.

4 Consultants and advisers

If you are a consultant using templates for a client, the client must be the licence holder. Contact us about multi-organisation licences.

5 Ending the licence

If you breach these terms, we may end your licence by written notice, and you must stop using and delete the templates. Sections 3 and 6 continue after the licence ends.

6 Ownership

We keep ownership of the templates. Changes you make to your own copies belong to you, but this does not give you rights in our original content.
