1 About these terms

These terms apply when you buy from DACSA Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 21 619 230 296) ("we", "us") through dacsaconsulting.com.au. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Template Licence Terms, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you are buying for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

2 What we sell

Templates: editable Microsoft Word documents and Excel registers, sold individually or in packs, delivered by download.
Logo branding: an optional service that applies your logo and business details to your templates automatically, ready to download.
Compliance Updates plan: 12 months of updated versions of the templates you have bought, and any new templates we add to the packs you own, during your plan.
Online training: short, non-accredited courses for support workers, with a certificate of completion.
Consulting: services agreed with you after a free discovery call, under a separate written engagement.

We do not provide tax, financial or legal advice.

3 Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and shown excluding GST. GST is added at checkout. You will receive a tax invoice by email.
Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.
We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.

4 Delivery

Templates are available to download immediately after payment, and a download link is emailed to you.
With logo branding, you upload your logo and business details at checkout. They are applied to every template automatically, and your branded files are ready to download straight away.
Training access is emailed to the address you give at checkout. Certificates are emailed when a course is completed.
Download links may expire. If you lose your files during your plan or within 12 months of purchase, contact us and we will resend them.

5 Compliance Updates plan

The plan runs for 12 months from the date of purchase.
During the plan we email you when updated or new templates are available, and you can download them at no extra cost.
The plan does not renew automatically. We will remind you before it ends, and you can choose to renew.
Updates reflect changes we consider necessary to keep the templates current. We do not guarantee a particular update or timeframe.

6 Training

Our courses are not nationally recognised training and do not lead to a qualification under the Australian Qualifications Framework.
Each seat is for one named learner and cannot be shared or transferred once the course has started.
Course access lasts for 12 months from purchase.
Certificates confirm completion of our course only.

7 Your responsibilities

You are responsible for adapting the templates to your business, and for making sure your documents and practices meet the law and the NDIS Practice Standards.
Templates and training are general information. They do not guarantee registration, a successful audit, or any other outcome.
You must give us accurate information and keep your account details secure.

8 Consumer guarantees

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under that law. Our Refund Policy explains what to do if something goes wrong.

9 Liability

To the extent the law allows, and subject to section 8, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue or business, arising from your use of our products or services. Where our liability for a failure to meet a consumer guarantee can be limited, it is limited to supplying the products or services again, or paying the cost of having them supplied again.

10 Intellectual property

We own, or have the right to use, all intellectual property in our templates, training and website. Your rights to use the templates are set out in our Template Licence Terms.

11 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those shown on our website when you placed it.
